Our Approach to Care

Our fully qualified and experienced Registered Nurses work alongside an excellent and well trained team of care assistants providing 24 hour nursing care. The high quality of care results from the fresh and innovative approach taken by the Matron and her senior staff.
The comprehensive and continuing training of all staff ensures an optimum level of care is provided to all residents.
All care plans are designed by a Registered Nurse who liases’ with other relevant health care professionals to ensure that all care needs are met. Every individual will be involved in their own planning and with their permission relatives or friends may also be included in this process.
