A. Although the properties are leasehold there is no ground rent.

A. Yes. You are required to pay council tax.

A. The houses have currently been put in band E although the IR valuation may vary this.

A. Yes. You will be liable to pay for all the services that you use which are metered individually.
Q. Do I have to pay for telephone calls?
A. There is no line rental charge but the calls which are logged through an automatic exchange are invoiced on a monthly basis.
Q. Can my relatives or friends stay in my home when they come to visit?
A. Yes. It is your home and guests are welcome to stay. It would contravene the terms of your lease if relatives or friends were to move in on a permanent basis.

A. You may redecorate your home but permission must be obtained prior to making structural changes.
Q. Is there plenty of parking near my house?
A. There is sufficient parking on site both for yourself and for your visitors.
Q. When may I make use of the facilities in the barn?
A. You can use the facilities in the barn whenever you chose. You are welcome to bring guests along with you. There is no charge for residents using the exercise equipment or for the cake and beverages.
