ACTIVITIES
A daily activities programme is organised to meet a wide range of interests and hobbies.
These are a selection of the activities available:
- Exercise classes
- Craft activities
- Card & table games
- Gardening club
- Residents meetings
- Flower arranging
- Baking
- Coffee mornings
Residents are also supported to attend events in the local community such as the theatre &
the U3A and groups and entertainers from the community also visit the home regularly.
The entire complex which includes the Barn restaurant, coffee shop and lounge are available for
all residents. We regularly hold special events within the grounds such as
‘Old English afternoon teas’ and Poetry recitals. Throughout the year we identify and
celebrate major events such as the Harvest festival, Halloween, Easter and many more.
